Veterans Resources

Northrup Grumman has a very robust Military Veterans section of their careers website. Within this area you can learn more about their job descriptions, use their Military Skills Translator, gain insight on Security Clearances and much more. I encourage you to explore their content designed to assist veterans gain employment with Northrop Grumman.

 

Northrup Grumman has created a pdf Military Transition Guide available for download. Also, for Veterans Northrop Grumman has what it calls Operation IMPACT, which is a unique, program focused upon assisting severely wounded service members, their spouses or immediate family caregivers as they transition from the military to a private-sector career. Once you set up your account you can search for jobs, apply for jobs by adding them to your job cart and set up alerts for new jobs. The site is easy to use and intuitive. When you first sign up you will need to complete a candidate profile which will take about 13-15 minutes. The system allows you to post multiple resume’s and cover letters tailored to each job applied to. While it takes time to tailor your resume and cover letter for each job, I highly recommend you do this. The site also allows you to save jobs for posting to later.
